The Client's Needs:
A detailed project proposal and its accompanying (but separate) cost analysis, written as a corporate response to a 37 page RFP provided for vendors by the State of Georgia, requesting a three-to-five month consulting service agreement.

Representing the interests of Internet developers Novus Sententia, Articulayers was responsible for all DOAS project correspondence and for having a complete understanding of the detailed proposal requirements, developing and delivering all final documents to the State of Georgia by the posted deadline.

Articulayers worked closely with Cory Smith, CTO of Novus Sententia and DOAS project leader, providing Smith a detailed analysis of project requirements and DOAS expectations, questioning individual DOAS representatives as needed for specifics, and streamlining timing in all aspects of project completion. Articulayers wrote and edited the content of the proposal and the cost analysis, working closely with the technology development and management teams of Novus Sententia to ensure clarity of terms and accuracy of representation. The project was completed two days before DOAS deadline, and successfully delivered to DOAS offices by representatives of Articulayers.
