The Client's Needs:
Creating a solid web presence to increase sales and International market awareness and to help internal efficiencies

Articulayers met with owner Don Dressel to determine direction, intentions and scope of project.
  • Site Optimization. Bringing a sales focus to each effort, Articulayers redesigned and rebuilt the company website, moving it from an existing host to a solution that saved the company 40% in overhead costs and delivered more flexibility and possibilities than available with the pre-existing web presence. Writing new content that was search engine optimized, Articulayers organically brought the Moto Bravo website into the top 20 results of 5 pre-selected search terms, including top ten results and a number one Google ranking for one term.
  • EBay Presence. Creating an html template for EBay auctions, Articulayers maintained a constant EBay presence with 1-4 concurrent auctions running for over 7 consecutive months. This included choosing inventory for listing, coordinating with internal teams, and creating effective auction pictures and write-ups.
  • Research/Recommendations. Articulayers researched and evaluated possible services and products for Moto Bravo's internal efforts, offering recommendations based on ROI and priority.
  • Direct Customer Service/Vendor Relations. Articulayers personally handled most customer and vendor relationships forged outside the sales floor, building a strong reputation within the scooter community. Articulayers brought affordable options to the table in marketing for Moto Bravo, creating unique and effective advertising opportunities all over America with a minimal investment each time.

Through the entire year of this project, Articulayers consistently sold more merchandise and services than that of any other Moto Bravo effort.

The combined solutions of Articulayers definitely raised the bar for this local scooter dealer--boosting sales and market awareness, and creating a national reputation based on service and dedicated personal support. With an accumulated increase of almost 600% in online revenue, Articulayers introduced this company to its greatest possibilities for continued growth and success.
